LOS ANGELES – Duff & Phelps, LLC, rendered a fairness opinion to the board of directors of TeraGlobal Communications Corp. in the company's recent "going private" reorganization. The reorganization involved a reverse common stock split to reduce the number of shareholders to fewer than 100.

The fairness opinion was prepared in the Los Angeles office of Duff & Phelps under the direction of Gregory P. Range, a managing director of the firm.
