Cary Stanford has joined Duff & Phelps, LLC as a managing director and head of the firm's national restructuring practice.
Prior to joining Duff & Phelps, he was the Co-Head and Managing Director of Saybrook Restructuring Advisors, where he advised Official Committees in the bankruptcy cases of Kmart Corporation, United Airlines and Adelphia Communications, among others. Formerly Mr. Stanford was a Managing Director in the Financial Restructuring Group at Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin.
Mr. Stanford brings nearly 20 years of investment banking and financial restructuring experience, and has advised dozens of companies and other constituents in Ch.11 and out-of-court restructurings.
Mr. Stanford holds a B.A. from the University of California and an M.B.A. from UCLA.
