James Massey joined Duff & Phelps in 2005. He is a managing director in the firm’s Corporate Finance practice and the city leader for the Dallas office. James has over 23 years experience in investment banking services, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and financial valuation.
Prior to joining Duff & Phelps, James was with Goldman Sachs & Company as a vice president. He also served as a managing director at Growth Capital Partners and the leader of Houlihan, Lokey, Howard and Zukin’s Dallas office. James has expertise selling privately-held companies providing fairness opinions and financial valuation for a variety of business enterprises. James has led numerous engagements for public and private companies within a broad range of industry sectors, including real estate, energy, telecommunications, food and radio and media.
James holds a B.S. in business administration from Western Kentucky University.
