The SEC Selects Jouky Chang as Professional Accounting Fellow

The Securities and Exchange Commission's Office of the Chief Accountant has selected Jouky Chang as one of eight professional accounting fellows for two-year terms beginning in 2010. As part of his role at the SEC, Chang will study and develop rule proposals under the federal securities laws; liaison with accounting, auditing and other professional standard-setting bodies; and consult with registrants on reporting matters.
