IAM Patent 1000 Recognizes Chris Bakewell and Mark Gallagher as Top Expert Witnesses in the U.S.

Duff & Phelps is pleased to announce that Managing Directors Chris Bakewell and Mark Gallagher have been recognized as top U.S. economic expert witnesses in Intellectual Asset Management’s IAM Patent 1000: The World’s Leading Patent Practitioners 2014.

In this edition, for the first time, the IAM Patent 1000 identifies the leading technical and economic expert witnesses in the United States. Chris and Mark were two of only 43 experts selected for inclusion as “top economic expert witnesses in the United States.”

The guide was compiled following an extensive research process, which included interviews with hundreds of leading patent litigators across the country to gather market intelligence on the leading players in the field.
