Andreas Chrysostomou joined Duff & Phelps in 2005. He is a managing director in the New York office and part of the firm's Financial Reporting practice. He is also the global leader of the Integrated Healthcare group. Andreas has more than 14 years of domestic and international corporate finance and valuation experience.
Prior to joining Duff & Phelps, Andreas was a managing director for Standard & Poor's Corporate Value Consulting. He also was a senior manager in the valuation practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he began his career as an auditor. Andreas has expertise in all areas of business and intangible assets valuation and serves as a company and industry expert on the topic, often acting as a liaison to domestic and international standards boards and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. His extensive knowledge of generally accepted accounting practices (GAAP) and international financial reporting standards (IFRS) has led him to speak at numerous valuation and industry conferences worldwide.
Andreas holds an M.B.A. in international corporate finance and investments, and a B.B.A. in accounting and operations management from Bernard M. Baruch College at City University of New York. He is a certified public accountant and holds a certification from the London Chamber of Commerce in accounting.
