Daniel Nir is a Director in the Boston/Salem office of Duff & Phelps’ Transfer Pricing group. Daniel’s work involves advising clients on a variety of transfer pricing and valuation issues, with a focus on intangible property valuation, U.S. and foreign transfer pricing documentation, global transfer pricing planning and implementation analyses, and controversy resolution involving transfer pricing matters. His industry experience includes security and life safety, biomedical devices, pharmaceuticals, entertainment and internet and application software, among others.
Prior to joining Duff & Phelps in 2012, Daniel previously worked in the tax group in the Boston office of CBIZ Tofias, where he provided transfer pricing and international tax services to clients, as well as services in all areas of ASC 740. Prior to that role, he was a tax paralegal in the Boston office of Sullivan & Worcester, LLP.
Daniel received an M.S. in Accountancy from Bentley University and a B.A. in History from McGill University. He is a certified public accountant in Massachusetts.
