Enguerran de Cremiers
Enguerran is a Director in the Paris office and is part of the Valuation Advisory Services business unit. He has more than 12 years of experience in financial analysis and business valuation.
Enguerran has extensive experience in performing valuations of businesses and financial assets for acquisition, financial reporting and tax purposes and Enguerran also has in-depth experience in valuing intangible assets including trade names, customers relationships, technology and others.
Enguerran also has experience in the valuation of illiquid securities and equity interests for financial institutions and alternative asset managers; primarily the valuation of private loans including senior secured and unsecured loans, subordinated loans, mezzanine Loans, convertible loans and loans with warrants and other derivatives attached.
Before joining Duff & Phelps, Enguerran spent five years in the Transaction Services team of PwC as a Senior Manager where he served financial and strategic buyers engaged in acquisitions, mergers, divestitures, and restructuring by performing various advisory services including financial due diligence (buy side due diligence, VDD) and M&A services.
Before working for PwC, Enguerran had worked as a Senior Auditor at Deloitte in Paris for four years.
Enguerran received his MBA with a specialization in Corporate Finance from ESSEC Business School in France.
