Eric Williams is a director in the New York office and a member of the industrial M&A practice where he specializes in M&A and financings. Eric has more than 13 years of investment banking experience and has advised clients on more than 50 M&A, financing and restructuring transactions.
Eric’s clients have included publicly traded and privately held middle market companies in a broad range of industrial sectors including automotive, building products, capital equipment, rubber and plastics, and value-added distribution. Eric has also advised clients in many other industries including business services, consumer products, healthcare, media, retail and telecommunications. Some of Eric’s investment banking clients include ATS Systems, Cascade Windows, Care Ambulance, CTM Group, Danka Services International, D.F. King & Co., Dictaphone, ERIKS, Heartland Publications, Heatmax, Hennegan, Hilite International, Integrated Alarm Services, Lang Holdings, LVI Services, New England Pottery, NuVox, Precitech, RollEase and Startec.
Prior to joining Duff & Phelps, Eric was a vice president in the M&A group at Houlihan Lokey.
Eric received his M.B.A. from the Stern School of Business at New York University and his B.S., cum laude, from the University of Delaware. Eric holds the Series 7 and Series 63 securities industry registrations.
