Erik Arnold is a Director at Duff & Phelps in the Disputes and Investigations practice. He works with a broad client base advising on acquisition and divestiture transactions, financings, business valuations, shareholder disputes, fairness opinions, and the quantification of financial loss for purposes of litigation. Erik also has several years of experience providing audit and other assurance services to private and public companies in the technology, software, and entertainment industries. He currently serves as a board member and Treasurer of Literature for Life, a local Toronto charity.
Erik obtained his Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Queen’s University. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA), a Chartered Business Valuator (CBV), and a CFA Charterholder (CFA).
