Jack Rotundo is a director in the New York office and is part of the Transaction Advisory Services practice. Jack has over eight years of experience participating in transactions for both private equity and strategic buyers with purchase prices ranging from $15 to $600 million.
Jack has conducted and led all aspects of due diligence of buy-side and sell-side engagements of varying sizes, including performing quality of earnings and net assets and working capital, preparing pro-forma financial statements, performing bridging analysis to identify which products/customers/service lines drive the business and its value, and conducting conference calls with clients and their lenders to discuss results and findings.
Most recently, Jack participated in transactions within the consumer products, technology, food and beverage, manufacturing, distribution, healthcare and industrial products sectors.
Jack received his Bachelors of Science in finance and corporate reporting from the Carroll School of Business at Boston College.
