Jamie is a director in the Chicago office in the Valuation Advisory Services practice. She manages the Chicago equipment valuation practice and leads the equipment valuation activities in the Midwest. In addition, she manages client relationships and develops, executes and reviews valuation engagements.
Jamie’s professional background includes valuation work for financial and tax reporting, property tax, property insurance, collateral financing, liquidation and restructuring. In addition to valuations, she has experience with property tax consulting and property records organization and inventory. Her background also includes a five-year period during which she lived and worked in London, England, focusing on valuations for international financial reporting, collateral financing and restructuring.
Jamie’s financial reporting experience includes valuation work for FASB ASC Topics 805, 350, and 360 and IFRS 3. Her US federal tax experience involves work related to the US Treasury Regulations under §1.861.
Jamie has the ability and experience to manage and perform complex valuation assignments for domestic and international clients throughout the world and has valued assets throughout the United States, Canada, Europe, the Middle East, Asia and South Africa. Her industry experience includes work with companies in the pharmaceutical manufacturing, telecommunications, energy and natural resources, aircraft manufacturing, automotive, food and beverage processing, industrial manufacturing, mining, retail, and hospitality industries.
Jamie is a member of the American Society of Appraisers and the Institute for Professionals in Taxation.
