Based in Washington D.C., Jeffrey has 17 years of experience in the areas of forensic accounting, commercial damages, fraud investigation, business valuation, and financial statement auditing. He has managed complex litigation support and investigations for notable clients in various industries including healthcare, insurance, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, and financial services.
Jeffrey has experience providing forensic accounting services to clients involved in complex fraud investigations, criminal investigations, expense reimbursement schemes and defective pricing matters. He has substantial expertise in commercial damages cases, conducting financial analyses and preparing expert reports for a variety of matters involving breach of contract, lost profits claims, mitigation analysis, shareholder and partner disputes, earnings capacity / wrongful death and dilution of stock ownership interest. Jeffrey has deep due diligence experience, particularly in examinations and agreed upon procedures related to contract compliance testing and analysis. He has also provided expert services relating to family law matters.
Jeffrey has served as an expert witness and has experience testifying in cases involving healthcare, fraud, and commercial damages.
Jeffrey holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Maryland. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Maryland, Virginia and Washington D.C. Jeffrey is also Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF), Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV), a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), and a Master Analyst in Financial Forensics (MAFF). He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants, the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
