Joshua is the director of global eDiscovery services for Duff & Phelps. He oversees all electronic discovery engagements, and relating hosting infrastructure.
Before Duff & Phelps, he was the Manager of eDiscovery Services with Harvester Forensics, a company purchased by Duff & Phelps in early 2012.
Prior to Harvester, Joshua was a Senior Consultant at KPMG Forensic, where he worked with their eDiscovery team. Joshua was at KPMG for the 3 years immediately after obtaining his Bachelor of Applied Information Science – Information Systems Security degree.
Joshua has authored expert forensic technology reports on a number of occasions regarding civil matters in the province of Ontario.
He has extensive experience working in the information technology field and has gained project management and hands on experience on several engagements involving active litigation, internal and external investigations and arbitrations. Additionally, Joshua is an expert in database systems, allowing him assist with any complex analysis and reporting on structured and unstructured data.
Joshua holds the degrees of Bachelor of Applied Information Science – Information Systems Security from Sheridan Institute, as well as Master of Science – Information Assurance from Davenport University.
