Kelly Dwyer joined Duff & Phelps in 2005. He is a managing director and Duff & Phelps’ chief technology officer. Kelly has more than 23 years of global experience in shaping and supporting business growth through strategic use of technology and staff resources.
Prior to joining Duff & Phelps, Kelly served as the chief technology officer of Mercer Human Resource Consulting, providing technology expertise to the firm and its clients. At Mercer, he was also the chairman of the Global Technology Operations Group for Mercer's parent company Marsh & McLennan, where he led technology initiatives and strategies across all Marsh & McLennan companies, including Marsh Inc., Mercer and Putnam Investments. Previous to that, he was chief information officer for Mercer Management Consulting.
Complementing his technical knowledge, Kelly has extensive experience in cost reduction and avoidance, collaboration, outsourcing management and consulting. He also has expertise in global team building and leadership, budgeting and cash flow optimization and merger and acquisition processes.
Kelly holds a B.S. in business administration with an emphasis on finance and real estate from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles. He has also completed advanced courses on real estate investment and taxation from the CCIM Institute.
