Kevin is a director in the Valuation Advisory practice of Duff & Phelps. He has expertise in providing valuation and related services for mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting and tax planning purposes. He has expertise in the valuation of business enterprises, intangible assets, share-based compensation, capital stock and business interests including equity and debt securities. His assignments have involved due diligence with client management, industry research, comparative financial analysis of public and private companies, discounted cash flow and market multiple analysis.
The purposes of these valuations and financial advisory services include, in part, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, financing, strategic planning, corporate restructuring, purchase price allocation, goodwill and asset impairment and other tax and financial reporting considerations.
Kevin joined American Appraisal (subsequently purchased by Duff & Phelps) in 2004 and has been in his current position since 2011. He is a member of the American Society of Appraisers.
Prior to joining American Appraisal, Kevin was a project planner for Bucyrus International, Inc., where he coordinated multimillion-dollar projects and was involved in financial analysis and forecasting for various assignments. He also gained operations analysis experience with Harnischfeger Corporation and Nicolet Biomedical Inc.
Education consists of Marquette University, Master of Business Administration - Finance and University of Wisconsin – Whitewater, Bachelor of Business Administration - Production and Operations Management/Accounting.
