Dr. Lynne Weber joined Duff & Phelps in 2005. She is a managing director in the firm's Strategic Value Advisory practice. Lynne has more than 30 years of experience consulting in the areas of business strategy, market analysis, data analytics and contingency valuation.
Lynne leads engagements requiring development of financial projections, statistical analyses, strategy valuation or the valuation of acquired contingencies and contingent consideration under ACS 805. She also provides expert analysis and testimony regarding market research surveys, sales projections and statistical analyses for complex commercial litigation, including contract, patent, product liability and shareholder disputes. She brings deep skills related to forecasting, market sizing, "what if" modeling, statistics, econometrics, risk assessment, optimization, data analytics, group facilitation and market research to her engagements.
Prior to joining Duff & Phelps, Lynne was a managing director with Standard & Poor's, a principal with PricewaterhouseCoopers, and a principal and board member with Applied Decision Analysis, Inc.
Lynne holds a Ph.D. in operations research and a Master's in statistics from Stanford University and a B.A. in mathematics from Cornell University.
