Natalie Ponder is a director in the Houston office and part of the firm's Legal Management Consulting practice. Natalie has over 15 years of management consulting experience focused on helping clients improve operational performance and management through a variety of techniques involving strategy, process, and technology.
Natalie focuses on designing and implementing programs for sustainable operational performance that are tailored to meet each client’s needs. She has significant experience in resource utilization, change management, outside counsel management, litigation management, and enterprise legal and risk management software solutions. She has worked with clients in a variety of industries including financial services, oil & gas, pharmaceuticals, consumer products and energy & utilities.
Prior to joining Duff & Phelps, Natalie was with a leading legal technology software provider where she implemented global, enterprise software solutions. She has also served as an outside consultant to a national business advisory firm where she led a program to build and deploy a suite of cost analysis tools for process standardization. She established a project management office within the Credit & Collections function for a UK-based utility. Throughout her career, Natalie has worked for several national accounting, legal consulting and law firms, and has gained a deep understanding of the significance of a successful relationship between corporate legal departments and their outside counsel firms.
Natalie earned her M.S. degree in information resources management and a B.S. degree in public relations from Syracuse University.
