Nick Collins is a Director in the Silicon Valley office M&A Advisory practice. He has more than 10 years of experience in financial services.
Prior to joining Duff & Phelps, Nick worked at Wells Fargo Securities in Chicago as an investment banker focusing on middle-market M&A, advising on numerous buy-side and sell-side mergers and acquisitions as well as debt and equity capital raising assignments. His experience also includes working in Wells Fargo’s Wealth Management Group in San Francisco.
Nick primarily serves family owned businesses and private equity clients. His recent M&A assignments include the sale of Stouse, Inc. to GHJ&M; the sale of SuperStroke USA to EG Capital Group; LLC; the sale of Marlen International, a portfolio company of Pfingsten Partners, to Duravant, a portfolio company of Odyssey Investment Partners; the sale of Westex, Inc. to Milliken & Company; the sale of Honsador Holdings LLC, a portfolio company of Cyprium Investment Partners, to Grey Mountain Partners; and the sale of Healthcare Laundry Systems, LLC, a portfolio company of Blue Wolf Capital Partners, LLC, to Crothall Services Group, a division of Compass Group PLC. He also has managed a capital raise assignments for Infinity Sales Group, LLC and for Navman Wireless L.P., a portfolio company of Prairie Capital, L.P.
Nick received his B.S. in Economics and Journalism from Northwestern University and holds the FINRA Series 7, 63 and 79 licenses.
