Nicole is a Director in the Boston office of Duff & Phelps. Her work has focused on creating transfer pricing policies, valuation models, and operating best practices to reduce transfer pricing risk, increase operating efficiencies, and support business operations for multinational corporations. Nicole has worked on cost sharing and advance pricing analyses, controversy and litigation, intangible asset valuation and migration. Her extensive industry expertise includes biotech, medical equipment, pharmaceutical, financial services, technology, computer software, management services, industrial equipment, consumer products, and retail grocery.
Prior to joining Duff & Phelps, Nicole was with one of the Big Four accounting firms practicing Transfer Pricing. During her career, Nicole was selected for Washington Nation Tax, a distinguished group of thought leaders in the Transfer Pricing industry. Nicole also worked in-house as Transfer Pricing Director for a large multinational medical device company, providing her with an interesting client perspective of Transfer Pricing projects, in particular with regard to implementation of Transfer Pricing policies.
Nicole has her MBA from Loyola University Chicago and a BA in Economics from Dalhousie University in Halifax Nova Scotia, Canada.
