Peter Coyne is a director in the Dublin office with the Property Asset Management Team. Peter leads the specialist property team in wide-ranging property asset management and development assignments and currently oversees NAMA’s McNamara Connection property portfolio (in Statutory Receivership).
Prior to the establishment of the Property Asset Management Team, Peter was involved in a wide range of consultancies including asset management, area regeneration and development strategy for both the private and public sector in Ireland and Internationally.
He has served as Project Director for various major projects including the Dún Laoghaire Harbour development Masterplan, the Grangegorman development Masterplan & Strategic Plan (Dublin), the Derry~Londonderry Regeneration Plan (2006) and a 25 ha development on Bahrain’s waterfront.
He has proven sound industry insight with a foundation aided by previously serving as the first Chief Executive of the Dublin Docklands Development Authority through its highly successful first eight years facilitating, through planning, c.1.3m m² of mixed-use development including >400,000m² of direct and JV development (IFSC (II) and Grand Canal Dock). He led his team in driving forward holistic regeneration of the docklands area from an economic wasteland to Dublin’s high-value CBD.
Peter is a Professional member of the both the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and the Society of Chartered Surveyors of Ireland. Peter has an MBA from the University of Glasgow.
