Duff & Phelps Advised Engineering Seismology Group on its Sale to Spectris plc
Engineering Seismology Group (“ESG”) was acquired by Spectris plc (“Spectris”) on December 10, 2014. Duff & Phelps served as co-advisor to ESG along with BMO Mid-Market M&A and provided M&A advisory services in connection with a sale to Spectris. ESG will operate as a separate entity within Spectris’ Test and Measurement Segment.
