Duff & Phelps Advised Ontario Systems on its Sale to Arlington Capital Partners

On September 10, 2015, Ontario Systems completed its sale to Arlington Capital Partners. Prior to this transaction, Ontario Systems was majority owned by an investor group led by Indianapolis-based Oxford Financial Group, Ltd.

Duff & Phelps acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Ontario Systems in connection with its sale to Arlington Capital Partners.
