Duff & Phelps Advised Telefónica Deutschland Fibre Network on its Sale to Versatel
Duff & Phelps is pleased to announce that Telefónica Deutschland Holding AG’s optical fiber network within the metropolitan area of Hamburg and a newly built data processing service center has been acquired by Versatel. The acquisition will allow Versatel to obtain one of the largest extensions of their own optical fiber network.
