Julian leverages her years of experience in valuation and consulting. Her experience spans a wide range of industries, including TMT, education, health care, consumer products and industrial products.

Since joining the company, Julian has performed and led numerous valuation and consulting projects for IPOs, sales, M&A, financing and other internal reference purposes, which included valuing enterprises, employee stock options, convertible bonds and intangible assets.

Prior to joining Kroll, Julian worked in PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Julian holds a master’s degree in finance and accounting from the University of Manchester in the U.K. and a bachelor’s degree in certified public accounting from the Capital University of Economics and Business in China. She holds a Certified in Entity and Intangible Valuations (CEIV) credential. She is the member of the CFA, ACCA, CPA (China) and ASA.
