His health care experience covers a variety of areas, including aftermarket repair and maintenance services, contract development and manufacturing, medical devices and products, outsourced services and value-added distribution.
Prior to joining Kroll, Peter worked at Dougherty & Company, where he focused on capital raises, buy- and sell-side M&A, fairness opinions and valuations for middle-market clients, primarily within the health care industry.
Peter’s recent engagements include the sale of RSA to Sheridan Capital Partners, the sale of LSL Healthcare to 5th Century Partners, advising Aterian Investment Partners on its acquisition of Allentown, LLC; the sale of SCR Medical Transportation to Beacon Mobility Corp., a portfolio company of Audax Private Equity; the sale of New Age Medical to Compass Group Equity Partners; the sale of eMindful to Wondr, a portfolio company of The Riverside Company; and the sale of Lab Products, a division of ShoreView Industries’ portfolio company Avidity Science, to Gen Cap America.
Peter holds a BBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, with a focus on finance, investments and banking. He is a FINRA-registered representative, holding the FINRA Series 7, 63 and 79 licenses.
