Duff & Phelps Managing Director Chris Bakewell recently provided expert testimony regarding the applicability of a “most favored nations” clause in a breach of contract matter. Consistent with Chris’ testimony at the hearing, the Judge found that the “most favored nations” clause did not apply and ruled in favor of the client. As a result, the client saved over $12 million.
