Duff & Phelps Adds New Managing Director to Strengthen Disputes and Investigations Team

Duff & Phelps Corporation, a leading independent financial advisory and investment banking firm, announced today that Carl Jenkins has joined the firm’s Boston office as a managing director in the Dispute Consulting business. His practice focuses on providing litigation consulting, forensic accounting and expert witness testimony in complex litigation and high-profile cases – including commercial, securities-related and post-acquisition disputes. Jenkins brings to each engagement more than 30 years of experience with financial audits and tax matters, mergers and acquisitions, valuations, white collar investigations and general financial and business consulting.

Prior to joining Duff & Phelps, Jenkins was a managing director at CBIZ. He has served as an international arbitrator and has been court appointed as a receiver, master, administrator and monitor. Jenkins has also appeared before probate, district, superior and federal courts as an expert witness on accounting, tax, fiduciary, financial and valuation issues. He is a Certified Public Accountant Accredited in Business Valuation (CPA/ABV), a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS). 

Jenkins received a Bachelor of Science degree from Boston University and a Master of Science in Taxation from Bentley College.
