Andrew Cousins Quoted in Tax Notes: Practitioners Call for Consistent Transfer Pricing and Profit Attribution Rules

Andrew Cousins, a director in Duff & Phelps' European transfer pricing practice, was quoted in Tax Notes in an article following his session on the attribution of profits to a permanent establishment at the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development ("OECD")'s BEPS Public Consultation on Transfer Pricing Matters that took place on November 6-7, 2017 in Paris, France.

"The transfer pricing guidelines have moved on significantly since the 2010 report [by the OECD on profit attribution] was written and it's now time to consider whether the authorized OECD approach (AOA) would benefit from coordinated revision to align it with the guidelines, says Cousins.
