Chris Campbell on Phase One of the U.S.-China Trade Deal

Duff & Phelps Institute Chief Strategist Chris Campbell breaks down the latest U.S.-China trade deal action on Yahoo Finance's "On the Move." Chris said China is really good at saying the right things but not following through.

He additionally said it should be clear to everyone, especially in Beijing, that if they fail to live up to their word, President Trump will impose punitive actions, either by raising tariffs or other trade barriers.
