Duff & Phelps Announces New Business Unit After Completing Kroll Acquisition

Incorporates Newly Acquired Kroll Business and Strengthens Governance-focused Service Offerings 

Duff & Phelps, the global advisor that protects, restores and maximizes value for clients, today announced the formation of a new business unit as a result of its recently completed acquisition of Kroll. The Governance, Risk, Investigations and Disputes practice combines Duff & Phelps' expertise in disputes and investigations with Kroll’s extensive investigations, cyber security, due diligence and compliance skills. Carl Jenkins, who has been serving as global leader for Duff & Phelps Disputes and Investigations practice, has been named global leader for the Governance, Risk, Investigations and Disputes unit. 
 
Jenkins commented, “Increasingly, our clients are confronting governance, risk and related challenges that call for global resources, technical expertise and unquestioned independence and integrity. These attributes are at the core of our newly established Governance, Risk, Investigations and Disputes business unit, and we are confident that clients will benefit from the consolidated offering.
