Duff & Phelps Experts Published in The Global Damages Review

Errol Soriano, Managing Director in the Disputes and Investigations practice at Duff & Phelps, is the featured editor and contributor for publication, “The Global Damages Review.” The book provides information from surveying the codified rules and common law principles underpinning the presentation of damages evidence and provides recent common law decisions that provide new or improved guidance on these frameworks.
