Managing Directors Bruce Dubinsky and Ken Joseph presented a training class on ‘How to Investigate an Insider Trading Case’ at the FBI headquarter in Washington, D.C. The training was beamed to FBI field offices around the U.S. and was attended by over 185 agents and financial analysts.

The discussion was centered around legal elements of the crime, proof needed to properly bring a case to the prosecution team and tips on how to educate the judge or jury on the complicated issues surrounding insider trading.
