Duff & Phelps Expands Transfer Pricing Practice with Addition of Todd Szalkowski in Dallas Office

DALLAS, Texas - Duff & Phelps, the premier global valuation and corporate finance advisor, announced that Todd Szalkowski has joined the firm’s Dallas, Texas office as a Director in the Transfer Pricing practice.

With more than 30 years of international tax, transfer pricing and finance experience, Todd brings extensive experience in structuring initial foreign investments, managing global tax rates and developing and documenting transfer pricing policies.

Early in his career, Todd served as a tax professional at Arthur Anderson in Atlanta. He later joined Ernst & Young LLP in Dallas as Tax Leader and, later, served as a Partner and head of that firm’s International Tax and Transfer Pricing Practice leader for the Southwest Region. Todd joined Duff & Phelps in Dallas to develop and grow the firm’s Transfer Pricing presence and capabilities.

A sought after subject matter expert, Todd speaks frequently at seminars across the country, including the BNA Transfer Pricing Seminars, the San Diego Transfer Pricing Symposium, among others. He graduated from the University of Georgia with a B.B.A. in Accounting.
