Duff & Phelps Expands Information Governance and Contract Lifecycle Management Services with Rich Vestuto

New managing director reinforces the firm’s end-to-end litigation support capabilities

New York – Duff & Phelps, the global advisor that protects, restores and maximizes value for clients, today announced that Rich Vestuto has joined the firm as a managing director in the Legal Management Consulting practice, based in New York. Vestuto will lead the firm’s information governance, records and contract lifecycle management (CLM) capabilities. 

Vestuto has over 20 years of experience in CLM, information governance and complex litigation support, M&A and regulatory engagements, and has provided services to many of the world’s top banks, media companies, pharmas, technology firms and others. He has been instrumental in many large and complex repapering projects and other CLM-based engagements. At Kroll, he will leverage his legal training as a licensed attorney and his technology experience to support large enterprises undergoing digital transformations and complex regulatory challenges. In addition, Vestuto will work closely with the Compliance and Cyber Risk practices to advise organizations driven by privacy or other regulatory requirements to amend agreements or derive more intelligence and efficiency from contracts, a process which often comes with compliance and cyber security implications.

Prior to joining Duff & Phelps, Vestuto was a managing director at Deloitte where he focused on CLM and information governance. In addition to consulting on records and information challenges, including data privacy, records separation, contract management and cross-border issues, Vestuto has consulted in more than 200 litigations and investigations in the U.S., UK, Europe and Asia Pacific.
