Business & Finance World Reacts to US Election Result Duff & Phelps Valuation Experts Quoted In Economia

Managing Directors, David Larsen, Ryan McNelley and Yann Magnan, have been quoted in Economia's article titled 'Business and finance world react to Trump's victory'.

Following Duff & Phelps' European Alternative Investment's Conference in London, and a week before the U.S. conference, our Portfolio Valuation leaders spoke to Economia sharing their insights on what lies ahead for financial markets.

Yann Magnan, Commercial Leader for EMEA, said that he expects a level of uncertainty to last a minimum of two months until Trump explains his policies, which have so far lacked specifics. Magnan added that firms are likely to revisit their strategic options during this period.

David Larsen, Managing Director, said the U.S. is having its own Brexit moment and that the markets will likely be volatile until they come to grips with the result. Ryan McNelley, Managing Director in London, added that it is very difficult to predict what Trump will actually do and how he will bring his policies forward.
