Dr. Efraim Chalamish Joins Duff & Phelps as Senior Advisor and Head of the Firm’s Israel Practice

Duff & Phelps, the global advisor that protects, restores and maximizes value for clients, today announced that Dr. Efraim Chalamish has joined the firm as a senior advisor and head of the firm’s Israel practice. Specializing in international economic and legal issues, Chalamish will provide support to Duff & Phelps’ clients on valuation, corporate finance, disputes and investigations, compliance and regulatory matters in the region.

With over two decades of experience, Chalamish has practiced law in Israel, Paris and New York. He has also served as an independent expert and advisor to multinational companies on corporate strategy and international disputes in various sectors, including energy, technology and financial services.

Chalamish earned a Doctorate in international economic law from the University of Michigan and an MBA and LLB/LLM from Bar Ilan University. He is a thought leader, media contributor and columnist and has served on numerous not-for-profit boards. He currently serves on several Steering Committees of the ABA International Section.
