Pratik Sengupta Discusses Infrastructure Sector and Investor Valuations Impact Amidst COVID-19

Pratik Sengupta, Director in Duff & Phelps’ Alternative Asset Advisory practice, was featured on VCCircle discussing the surging impact on the infrastructure sector due to COVID-19. He said this was evident by the value erosion of nearly 35% of the S&P BSE India Infrastructure Index. He further commented that while grappling with the negative effect of the outbreak, investors must consider the risks associated with macroeconomic factors such as demand risk, supply-side risk, liquidity risk and counterparty risk.
