Josh Benn Quoted in The Wall Street Journal The Dying Tradition of Sit-Down Lunch

Josh Benn, managing director and head of the firm’s global consumer, retail, food, and restaurants industry practice, was quoted in The Wall Street Journal article regarding the current state of the restaurant industry. The article asserts that Americans have less time to dine out for lunch and, as a result, many restaurants have seen a decline in sales during the work week.

Josh states, "New restaurant concepts, such as those that cater to consumers' desire for faster, healthier food, are on the rise." He describes the cycle of  "death and regeneration" happening in the industry.
