Nick Bayley Discusses MiFID II with City A.M.

Nick Bayley, Managing Director in the Compliance and Regulatory Consulting practice at Duff & Phelps, spoke to City A.M to discuss the landmark legislation coming into force in the new year. 

The heavily anticipated MiFID II is a vast piece of EU legislation which aims to further “harmonize” – or make similar – all regulation across Europe that covers “investor-oriented activities.”

As Mr. Bayley explains, “We’re moving to a regime where there will be post-trade transparency, and you’ll be able to see all the trades going through."
