Nick Bayley Quoted in HFM Week: The Short View - RTS 28 Reports

Nick Bayley, Managing Director in the Compliance and Regulatory Consulting practice at Duff & Phelps, was quoted in HFM Week’s “The Short View” column discussing new transparency requirements under MiFID II for fund managers to publicly disclose their top five execution venues and brokers, for each class of financial instruments during the year.

“Some firms have been asking if there is a ‘carve out based on commercial sensitivity’ – there isn’t. Firms could get questions from their clients if they don’t publish clear, helpful information,” said Nick.
