SEC Warns Managers Regarding Fees

FundFire published an article describing the SEC's ongoing focus on manager fees. Ken Joseph, Managing Director at Duff & Phelps and former senior officer in the SEC's Office of Compliance Inspections and Examinations commented, "If I were an advisor, I would question whether additional enforcement actions may not also be in the cards here. The fact the Commission continues to speak on this issue and is devoting resources to raising the consciousness [of asset managers] means it’s an ongoing issue."
