Sin Yee Koh Speaks at AIAM Workshop on Anti-Money Laundering

Sin Yee Koh, Director in the Compliance Regulatory Consulting practice at Duff & Phelps, conducted a workshop at the Association of Independent Asset Managers Compliance (AIAM) event on anti-money laundering (AML) and customer due diligence (CDD) on November 15.  Some of the topics discussed at the event included common mistakes in AML, CDD requirements, best practices in CDD policies , filing a suspicious transaction report, and suggestions for senior management and compliance officers before an AML inspection.
