Duff & Phelps is pleased to announce the sale of Security National Automotive Acceptance Corporation (“SNAAC”) to an investor group led by Fortress Investment Group and Culpeper Capital Partners. The transaction closed on October 24, 2011.

Role of Duff & Phelps

Duff & Phelps was engaged as the exclusive financial advisor to the shareholders of SNAAC to provide merger and acquisition advisory services in connection with a sale transaction.

About SNAAC

Security National Automotive Acceptance Corporation (“SNAAC”) was established in 1986 as a specialty finance company that purchases and services retail sales finance contracts acquired from auto dealers in the sale of new and used automobiles to military personnel. Today, the company operates in 30 states and employs 125 people at their Mason, Ohio facility.
