Chris Campbell Talks U.S.-China Trade Tensions

Duff & Phelps Institute Fellow and Duff & Phelps Chief Strategist Chris Campbell recently shared his views on whether China should cut a trade deal with the U.S. before the U.S. presidential elections in an interview on FOX Business.

According to Chris, a re-election of Trump could make him more emboldened and perhaps use more tariffs against China. He said the pressure from tariffs imposed by the U.S. has created an impact on Chinese trade, particularly in accessing U.S. consumers due to the 25% tariff increase.
