Duff & Phelps Expands Disputes Consulting Practice with Kelly Beaudin Conlan as Managing Director

New York–Duff & Phelps, the global advisor that protects, restores and maximizes value for clients, today announced that Kelly Beaudin Conlan has joined the firm as a managing director in its Disputes Consulting practice based in New York.

Kelly has over 25 years of experience as a financial adviser, fiduciary, prosecutor and former regulator. She is an interdisciplinary practice leader whose industry expertise spans the automotive, mass tort, manufacturing, logistics and financial sectors. She regularly advises global companies on structural optimization, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, mass tort and regulatory matters.

Prior to Duff & Phelps, Kelly was a managing director at a global financial advisory firm. Her previous experience includes a presidential appointment as the U.S. Trustee for Region 3, a role in which she managed five state offices and was accountable for all bankruptcies filed in Delaware, Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Before her appointment, she was in private practice from 1997 to 2005 and began her legal career in 1995 as an assistant district attorney in the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office.
