Bob Clark is a director at Duff & Phelps.

Bob Clark joined Kroll in 2012. He is a director in the Alternative Asset Advisory practice in the New York office, leveraging more than 25 years of operating, real estate, venture capital, oil and gas, hospitality, private equity and capital introduction experience. Bob also co-leads the Capital Introduction service line.

Previously, Bob served as senior vice president of US Advisors, an affiliate of $90-billion private equity real estate management firm CB Richard Ellis Investors, where he oversaw national sales and marketing. Prior to that, he was a senior vice president and member of the Management and Steering Committees of 1031 Exchange Options, where he helped the company achieve three consecutive years of triple-digit sales and growth. He was also instrumental in the creation and implementation of the company’s policies, procedures and training program. For the preceding thirteen years, he had been the senior vice president of The Ridgewood Companies, a $2-billion private equity firm with sector funds in oil and gas, tech-focused venture capital, and independent power and water; he successfully built multiple distribution channels and co-led the firm’s family office and institutional investor initiatives globally. 

Bob began his career with Phelps-Grace, where he helped grow the parent company of the Capital Grille Steakhouse (currently owned by Darden) and Bugaboo Creek Steakhouse chains into a publicly traded company (NASDAQ: RARE). He attended Syracuse University and holds the Series 22 and 63 securities licenses.
