Her notable transaction experience includes the divestiture of PeopleReady Canada, a division of TrueBlue Inc., to Vertical Staffing Resources; the sale of Sunrise Electric, a full-service electrical distributor, to Sonepar; the sale of Personify, a recruitment process outsourcing firm, to WilsonHCG, a portfolio company of 3i; the sale of Tri Star Industrial, an Arizona-based distributor of PVF, to Trive Capital; the sale of The Liberty Group, a temporary staffing provider for the multi-family residential real estate industry, to The Halifax Group; the sale of NGL Media, an independent Latinx media and entertainment company, to GoDigital Media Group; the sale of Shipware, LLC, a small parcel and LTL cost reduction partner for small to mid-sized companies, to SIB Fixed Cost Reduction, a portfolio company of O2 Investment Partners; and the sale of BOF Corporation, a beverage and grocery shelving provider, to LaSalle Capital.
