Ingo Schneemann

Ingo is a managing director in the Valuation Advisory Services practice in Frankfurt. He serves as project manager and executive in charge of domestic and international engagements.

In Valuation, his fields of particular expertise include business valuation, valuation of intangible assets (including software, customer relationships, license agreements, technology, patents, trademarks and trade names, and in-process R&D), valuation for tax restructuring, transfer pricing, M&A, purchase price allocation, fairness opinion, disputes and loss assessment, divestiture, pre-transaction consulting, international tax planning and insurance.

Ingo has assisted clients in a variety of industries including automotive, biotechnology, chemicals, communications, computer software, construction, consulting, health care, insurance, mechanical engineering, media, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, power, public utilities, publishing, pulp and paper, real estate, and venture capital.

He has served corporate clients in a number of countries, including Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, China, the Czech Republic, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States.

He has also advised clients on M&A transactions, IPO advisory, divestments, restructuring, strategic advisory, business plan development, and cash management.

Ingo is registered as ASA, CEFA, and certified court expert in Germany.
