Ivonne Chiok

Ivonne Chiok is a director in the Houston office and a member of the firm’s Energy M&A practice. She has over 18 years of middle-market merger and acquisition experience.

Ivonne specializes in providing sell-side services to family and founder owned businesses and private equity firms. She has experience working with companies in various end markets, including oilfield services, distribution, engineering and construction, industrials, manufacturing, business services, consumer products, and food and beverage. Ivonne is also a member of the Kroll Network of Women.

Prior to joining Kroll, Ivonne was a senior vice president of Growth Capital Partners, L.P. (“GCP”), a merchant and investment banking firm in Houston, Texas. In addition, Ivonne was a member of both SMI I and SMI II, GCP’s mezzanine investment funds.

Ivonne graduated cum laude from Texas A&M University receiving a BBA degree in Finance. She is a Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) registered representative, holding the FINRA Series 7, 63 and 79 licenses.
